Figured I'd do this so my watchers and future people can have a little insight on who's behind the art work.



First off, I'm Alexis Shaylene. I don't like my first name, so I go by Lexx or L.
Comfortably Strange use to be Bruisedd Photography, and before that was Splintered Photography.
Originally from the east coast. (Reading, PA)
But I changed it because it was more fitting and quirky.
My passion has always been photography but I do dabble in makeup and writing.
My writing is usually inspired music. My writing is usually having to do with my obsession with roleplaying.
I've been messing with cameras since I was 10, it started with a camera phone and a ancient digital camera.
2008, I was gifted a canon dslr and that's when I got serious about photography.


I'm 21, taken by a Nebraskan gentleman. I love pumpkin and coffee flavored everything. I enjoy sushi. I love colorful artwork.
I have a huge fascination with body modifications. Music and films inspire me. Bands who inspire me the most: Bayside & Senses Fail.
I also love to rave. I love the rave culture. I like sugary and interesting flavored anything (booze for example)
